Potential Run Club operates as a premium automotive concierge — coordinating, managing, and delivering protection and detailing services for performance and luxury vehicles. We work exclusively with a curated network of installation specialists, ensuring your vehicle is handled only by the best hands in the industry.

We do not work on every car. We work on cars worth protecting, for owners who understand the difference.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Mechanical Concierge

For clients requiring ongoing vehicle management — service coordination, dealer liaison, specialist referrals — PRC offers a concierge engagement at a fixed monthly retainer or per-engagement fee. Contact us to discuss requirements.

How We Work

Every engagement follows the same six-step process. No surprises. No shortcuts. Your vehicle is treated as the asset it is.

Consultation
Initial discussion via WhatsApp or phone. We understand your vehicle, your goals, and your timeline.

Assessment
In-person or photographic vehicle inspection. Paint condition, existing protection, and requirements documented.
03
Quote
Formal written quote issued within 24 hours. Itemised. Fixed. No hidden additions on completion.
04
Booking
50% deposit confirms your booking date. Vehicle drop-off at agreed location. Condition documented at receipt.
05
Service
Work carried out by our specialist installation partners. WhatsApp progress updates provided throughout.
06
Delivery
Final inspection before collection. Photography provided. Balance payment due before vehicle release.
04 — Payment

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Invoice issued on confirmation.
  • Balance (50%) due on completion, before vehicle collection.
  • Payment method: EFT only for jobs over R5,000. No cash accepted.
  • Quote validity: 14 calendar days from date of issue.
  • Pricing: Fixed at quote. No additions without written approval.

Invoice Numbering

  • All jobs issued a PRC invoice number in the format PRC-XXXX.
  • Invoices issued within 24 hours of job confirmation.
  • VAT: Potential Run Club is not currently VAT registered. All prices are VAT-exclusive.
  • Proof of payment to be sent to hello@potentialrunclub.co.za to confirm booking.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: deposit forfeited to cover partner booking costs.
  • Rescheduling: permitted once with 48+ hours notice at no penalty.
05 — Terms of Engagement

Conditions

Service Delivery

  • Subcontracting. PRC coordinates and manages the engagement. Specialist services (PPF installation, ceramic application, detailing) are performed by our vetted partner network.
  • Lead times. Quoted per job. Typical lead times: PPF Full Wrap 3–5 days; Ceramic 1–2 days; Full Detail 1 day. Subject to partner availability.
  • Quality standard. PRC conducts a final inspection before every vehicle is returned. If the result does not meet agreed standard, the work is redone at no additional cost.
  • Photography. PRC photographs every completed vehicle for portfolio purposes. Client may opt out in writing before commencement.

Vehicle Condition

  • Condition record. Vehicle condition is documented (written and photographic) at drop-off. Any existing damage is recorded and signed off before work begins.
  • Pre-existing damage. PRC and its partners accept no liability for pre-existing paint defects, stone chips, or damage not identified at drop-off assessment.
  • Personal items. Client is responsible for removing all personal items before drop-off. PRC accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Liability

  • Insurance. Vehicles are covered by our installation partners' trade insurance during the service period. PRC will provide partner insurance details on request.
  • Limitation. PRC's liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. PRC is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
  • Disputes. Any dispute arising from this engagement will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
  • POPIA compliance. PRC handles all personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act 4 of 2013).
  • Vehicle information (registration, VIN, make, model) is used solely for service delivery and portfolio documentation purposes.
